For the month of April, I nominate Lead Residential Counselor Brandon Garcia. He has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our boys are well taken care of no matter the assignment. Brandon comes to work every day with a positive attitude and completes every task with zero complaints. Brandon has developed into an amazing leader who wants to help every person succeed in their role and everyone knows they can rely on Brandon and his experience. Our residential program is beyond blessed to have Brandon as part of our team. Thank you Brandon for doing such an amazing job for our kiddos!!
