Meet the Team
Ohio Valley Region

Kayla McCartney
Community Based Services Manager
Kayla has been with Home Base Inc. for five years, overseeing operations in Fairmont, Wheeling, and Parkersburg. She helps manage the Socially Necessary Services while also handling key administrative responsibilities, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and effectively supports clients and staff across multiple locations.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys caring for her houseplants and spending time with her dogs.

Zoe Silva
Paraprofessional
Zoe Silva serves as a Paraprofessional with Home Base Inc., providing Socially Necessary Services and Respite care. In her role, she supports family reunification efforts and offers temporary relief to members’ primary caregivers by delivering the same level of care and support during periods of respite. Zoe enjoys working with children and helping them learn and grow through new experiences.

Stacy Allen
Therapist
Stacy Allen is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Washington State College of Ohio and a Licensed Clinical Therapist in West Virginia with Home Base Inc. With over 20 years of experience in both government and private sectors, Stacy brings extensive practical and academic expertise to her work. She is passionate about empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen self-determination, and achieve personal growth, helping them find their voice, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Jason Williams
Paraprofessional
Jason Williams serves as a Paraprofessional and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He provides Supervised Family Time and Scheduled In-Person Observation services for the Department of Health and Human Resources. In addition, Jason delivers Respite and Independent Living/Skill Building services through the CSED program, supporting individuals and families with consistency and care.

Lori Boothe
Paraprofessional
Lori Boothe is a Paraprofessional with Home Base Inc., where she has been employed for a year on a part-time basis. In her role, she supports families during supervised visits, creating a calm, welcoming environment where parents and children can connect safely. Lori takes pride in being a steady, reassuring presence for every family she works with.
In addition to her work with Home Base Inc., Lori is a full-time preschool teacher with Wood County Schools. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, two grandchildren, and her Australian Shepherd, Kia.

Trinity Polan
Wraparound Facilitator
Trinity Polan is a Wraparound Facilitator with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She works with a wide variety of families across multiple counties, providing support, resources, and consistent communication to help meet individualized needs. Outside of work, Trinity enjoys fishing, spending time with her children, tackling home improvement projects, and visiting antique stores.
