Meet the Team
Northern Panhandle

Alex Beihl
Therapist
Alex Beihl is a therapist with Home Base Inc., providing in-home therapy services for children and adults. He has experience supporting children with behavioral concerns and adults facing challenges related to major depression, generalized anxiety, and other mental health conditions. Alex focuses on helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth in a supportive and individualized environment.

Mystic Young
Wraparound Facilitator
Mystic Young has served as a Wraparound Facilitator with Home Base Inc. since January 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tiffin University in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University, having completed her first year of graduate study.
In her role, Mystic works closely with families to identify their strengths, build on existing resources, and connect them with community-based programs that support their unique needs and goals. She approaches her work through a strengths-based and culturally competent lens.
Outside of work, Mystic enjoys spending time with her family, reading fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, and horror novels, and attending live music events.

Morgan Olsen
Outreach Coordinator
Morgan Olsen joined Home Base Inc. in 2022 as an Outreach Coordinator and has since expanded her role to include Supportive Counselor and Respite Worker. Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Inspired by personal experiences growing up in challenging situations, Morgan developed a strong passion for supporting youth and pursuing a career that allows meaningful connections with children navigating difficult circumstances.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys attending concerts and spending time with friends.

Jessica Busch
Therapist
Jessica Busch is a compassionate, master’s-level therapist with over seven years of experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is proficient in multiple evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and has a strong track record of helping clients build resilience and improve overall well-being.
Jessica is committed to fostering a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth and meaningful progress. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, knitting, and recently learning how to bake.

Ashley Rohaley
Wraparound Facilitator
Ashley Rohaley is a Wraparound Facilitator with Home Base Inc. She helps families identify underlying needs and develop strength-based strategies to support the child’s overall well-being. Ashley leads team-based meetings to connect families with resources and establish natural support systems within their communities.

Dawn Ford
Paraprofessional
Dawn joined Home Base Inc. as a Paraprofessional in August 2024. She is passionate about serving families across West Virginia and supporting them in achieving positive outcomes. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Billie Strother
Outreach Coordinator
Billie Strother is an Outreach Coordinator and Supportive Counselor with Home Base Inc. Originally from Pennsylvania; she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Pennsylvania Western University in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling to further her education with the goal of providing clinical counseling services in the future.
In her current role, Billie supports clients by helping them overcome barriers through connections to meaningful community-based resources and the supportive services offered by Home Base. She is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with each individual, providing personalized guidance that empowers clients to achieve their goals.

Brooklyn West
Paraprofessional & Office Assistant
Brooklyn West serves as a Paraprofessional and Office Assistant, where she coordinates supervised visits and ensures that all case documentation is accurately uploaded and maintained. She supports both staff and clients by promoting organization, clear communication, and consistency across cases. Outside of work, Brooklyn enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active in her community.

Jessica Hartley
Wraparound Facilitator
Jessica Hartley is a Wraparound Facilitator with Home Base Inc. In her role, she coordinates Plans of Care and provides services to individuals and their families, ensuring collaborative support and engagement from all team members. She works closely with clients and their families to identify current needs and goals, connecting them with professional and community resources that support their success.
Jessica brings 18 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities through the West Virginia IDD Waiver program. She has served in roles including direct care provider, respite provider, behavior support professional, case manager supervisor, and residential supervisor. As a mother of two children with developmental disabilities, she is dedicated to providing exceptional wraparound services that help families reach their goals and access the resources they need.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, children, pets, family, and friends. She also enjoys camping, throwing darts, and reading a good book.

Jena Graham
Outreach Coordinator
Jena Graham joined Home Base Inc. in May 2024. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University in 2011 and returned to school in 2023 to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, graduating in May 2024.
Jena brings a wealth of life and work experience, having held a variety of roles prior to her current position. At Home Base, she is dedicated to advocating for children across West Virginia. Outside of work, Jena enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, her grandson, family, and friends.

Cayce McCasland
Outreach Coordinator
Cayce McCasland is an Outreach Coordinator with Home Base Inc. and a Licensed Social Worker in West Virginia. She brings over a decade of diverse experience across multiple social work roles. In her current role, Cayce works closely with families, providing supervision for visitations, individualized parenting support, and adult skill-building services.
