We recently held a transition meeting for a shared client, and I wanted to take a moment to express just how invaluable Wrap Facilitator Mystic Young has been, not only to the family we serve but also to our entire treatment team.

Mystic consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. She has a remarkable ability to keep meetings focused and productive while creating an atmosphere that is supportive, engaging, and inclusive of everyone’s perspectives. She ensures that each team member and family voice is heard while skillfully guiding discussions toward accomplishing the necessary goals.

In all my years working within the CSED Waiver program, I can honestly say that I have not worked with anyone who embodies the role of a Wrap Facilitator as completely as Mystic does. She is an outstanding communicator and organizer, keeping everyone informed and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. She is consistently timely, efficient, and thorough in managing the many responsibilities required of her position.

In our particular case, which has involved significant court involvement, Mystic has also been an exceptional advocate for the family’s voice and overall functioning. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine care has made a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves and has strengthened our entire team’s ability to support the family effectively.
