Alex Gray, Employee of the Month January 2026!

Homebase is excited to announce we are reinstating our Employee of the Month program!

The winner for January is Alex Gray, Wrap Facilitator in the Kanawha Valley Region! 

Alex Gray has served as a Wraparound Facilitator with Home Base Inc. for one year, during which she has consistently demonstrated exceptional discipline, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to the families she serves in the Charleston and Kanawha County region.

In addition to her work with families, Alex has generously contributed her graphic design talents by creating a logo for the WF Wraparound Program in her personal time. Her design expertise and willingness to go above and beyond will have a lasting impact, as the logo is expected to be used on the Home Base Inc. website and across Wrap Facilitation program materials.

Alex is diligent in meeting all documentation deadlines and approaches challenges with thoughtful problem-solving and independence. She is a strong, compassionate advocate for the families she supports and remains dedicated to ensuring they have the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to move from simply surviving to truly thriving.
