SEPTEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 2020

Cassie White is such a hard worker and consistently carries a large caseload. She is always willing to help out her teammates and do what is asked of her. During a cl sat survey one client reported that she has been the best HBI worker they have ever had in their home. Cassie also testified in court recently and DHHR reported they were impressed with her testimony that she gave. Cassie also has impressed me when I shadowed her recently with her ability to meet with clients where they are to tech skills and concepts in a way that was understandable. Cassie brings a lot of strength to our team and is such an asset to the HBI family.
