OCTOBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 2020

Michaela Hill is a para professional with the North Central unit. She consistently strives to make improvements with her documentation. Michaela helps cover other staff when an emergency arises...she is very reliable.

Recently, Michaela had to testify for the first time in Harrison County...which is one of the toughest. Michaela reached out to staff on her own to get some advice and learn how to prepare for court. After the hearing, I got a phone call from the DHHR worker and CPS Supervisor to report how great she did on the stand!

Michaela is an asset for Homebase and is working on becoming full time within our organization. We are very lucky to have her in our unit!!!
