The North Central Unit proudly nominates Nicole Pierce for June's Employee of the Month. Nicole is an Outreach Coordinator III, Staff Field Trainer and CPI Trainer. She has worked with Home Base, Inc. for seven years and is a wonderful part of our team. Nicole goes above and beyond with her clients, relationships with the DHHR as well as new employees and co-workers that she is training. Despite the overwhelming tasks that there are to do, Nicole consistently finds
ways to help her co-workers and her Supervisors. Her willingness to assist
others and her commitment to educating employees on documentation and nonviolent crisis prevention training is unequaled. Caseworkers from the DHHR have all noted that Nicole is thorough and provides great service, and she consistently follows-through. We are proud to have Nicole as a valuable part of our company.
