December Employee of the Month 2021: Eric Moats

This month the North Central Agency would like to recognize Eric Moats, Outreach Coordinator. Eric has been with Home Base Inc for over 9 years and has continued to take on a leadership role throughout the North Central Agency. He also has an outstanding relationship with our community partners, including the DHHR. The DHHR will often request him to staff cases.

During the height of the pandemic, Eric took it upon himself to ensure his clients had all the essentials in their home, such as groceries. When he identified there were clients that needed some assistance, he drove to food pantries in Clarksburg to gather supplies and dropped them off on their porches.

This and many other selfless acts are just a few of the reasons he is being nominated for the January Employee of the Month.
