Michelle Paugh goes to great lengths to professionally serve the families she has been assigned. She truly individualizes services for each of her families and caters to the specific needs of the case plan and the home. She is able to quickly build rapport with parents, children and professional staff. This is due mainly because she treats everyone with respect and takes her job seriously. She is mindful of her deadlines and the elements of documentation.
