At Home Base Inc we strive to be the best and provide the best services that we can. Our staff deliver a wide range of services from our residential programs, community based programs, and our behavioral health services, all targeting our mission every day.
We have decided to start honoring these great works with some recognition through an Employee of the Month award. Each month supervisors and directors will nominate employees that they feel not only meet Home Base’s mission and core values but strive to go beyond that to help others succeed. Whether that be in the community or at work, we at Home Base have amazing stories to tell and it is time that the rest of the world hears about how much we love what we do and strive to be the best at it.
April Employee of the Month
In April
we heard about two employees that represent the definition of Employee of The Month and so much more, Tracey Neville and Ashley Day. Tracey has been an employee with Home Base Inc for going on 6 years now, and Ashley has been an employee going on 3 years. Both Tracey and Ashley have demonstrated the core values of Home Base Inc employee; hard work, dedication, initiative, and the willingness to help others succeed. During a global pandemic they have shown great leadership and fortitude by rising to the challenge, going the extra mile, and stepping up when others needed them to. During unforeseeable circumstances, Tracey and Ashley were able to step in and help others by responding with positive attitudes and showing that they have the ability to work together effectively and efficiently. They worked diligently on obtaining information for referrals, authorization of services, and helping to communicate to staff during a time of crisis. For that we would like to say congratulations to Tracey Neville and Ashley Day for being Home Base Inc. April Employees of the Month.

May Employee of the Month
Dameon Glasser has been named May employee of the month. Dameon is listed as Site-Supervisor at the Lewis County group home. He has been employed with Home Base Inc for over 5 years. He began his career with us as a Relief staff employee. He was then promoted to a full-time position all while working his way through college and while assisting with cases in our Community Based Service side of Home Base. Upon receipt of his college degree, Dameon was then promoted to a site supervisor of the Lewis County group home. He performs all his job duties to a high standard. The residents respond very well to him and the Weston staff always praise his hard work. His talents and work ethic extend far beyond 518 Monroe Avenue, as Dameon volunteers for extra duties and is always willing to lend a helping hand to others, no matter how busy he may be. Dameon wears many hats here at Home Base, he works significant hours with the Community Based Services program, assists with any repairs that need done, sets up of the office computers, finds excellent deals on all needed office and safety supplies, and is a certified TCI trainer for the agency. For all of this and so much more, we would like to congratulate Dameon for being out 2020 May Employee of the Month.
