January Employee of the Month 2021

Emily Efaw is the backbone to most of the day to day operations within the SNS program. Without her, we would never be able to complete our jobs. She is ALWAYS willing to help and completes her tasks at 100%, every time. Addie nor I could have asked for a better teammate and we are all so thankful for her hard work and dedication.

Below are some of the comments made by other Unit Supervisors around the state.

-Emily has been such a tremendous help to me and my unit over the last month. She has stepped up to assist in getting our SF updated and cleaned up. She also has gone above and beyond to assist with the audit for Randolph/Hardy cases that were pulled. Emily is a HUGE part of HBI and the quality would not be what it is without her hard work and attention to detail. She is so appreciated and deserves this award!

-Emily Efaw. She has went above and beyond and has helped us supervisors so much with the audit and getting everything ready. She did not complain and was always willing to lend a helping hand. I’m not sure we could have done it without her!

-I could tell that Emily was tired, but she hung right in and helped us prepare for the audit. She is the epitome of a team player. Couple that with her expertise in our paperwork, and she makes a priceless staff member here at Home Base.

-She put in a lot of hours and done a lot asked of her. She has always worked her tail off and has always helped anytime she could for all of us. I think she deserves a lot of recognition for everything she does for this company.
