Supervised Visitation is necessary to ensure the safety of children during Child Protective Services investigations and court ordered improvement periods. During court ordered visitation, parents and children require a positive environment in order to maintain healthy parent/child relationships during times of separation. At the HBI Visitation Center, it is our goal to: Provide a family oriented environment for supervised visitation to occur; Observe and document parent – child interaction during supervised visitation; and To ensure that supervised visitations occur without incidents of abuse or neglect. To this end, the HBI Visitation Center will provide objective supervision by trained and credentialed staff, and will not allow children under supervision to be abused or neglected.
