Lata Menon is the Director of Outreach Programs for Home Base Inc. She has been with the agency since November of 2004. She has served as an advisory member to the Board of Directors of Home Base Inc. since 1999. Ms. Menon completed her Masters of Social Work and Public Administration at West Virginia University in May of 1999. She worked at the Rape and Domestic Violence Center and the Center for Rural Emergency Medicine in Morgantown, W.V. while completing her Masters Degree. She served as a Teach for America Volunteer for two years in rural Louisiana from 1993-1995 and had earned her Bachelors of Science in International Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga.
