Home Base Inc. is a private behavioral health and social service provider serving the entire state of West Virginia.

Home Base operates two residential treatment facilities for males between the ages of 12 and 17. As a community-based alternative, treatment is family-focused and deals with behavioral and emotional disorders within the context that they are presented. 

Our Socially Necessary Service programs are based from several locations throughout the entire state of West Virginia. Services are provided to families with children at risk of out-of-home placement.

Licensed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human resources since 1999, Home Base has brought innovation and success to the challenges of providing community-based services to West Virginia families.
